Description
Uppearance Marketing Agency, based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a talented and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position for professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Adobe suite (After Effect, Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to create engaging animations, explainers, intros/outros, kinetic typography, and social media content.
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Understanding of sound syncing and basic audio editing
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English

Trial Period
- The first month will be a trial/training period
- Skills will be assessed over a total of 3 months
- Salary increase based on performance after the assessment period
Key Responsibilities
- Design and animate engaging motion graphics for social media, ads, and digital campaigns
- Translate creative concepts into high-impact visual stories
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists
- Adapt and localize animations based on platform requirements (Reels, Stories, banners etc.)
- Stay updated on trends in animation, editing, and visual storytelling
